Project Management Services for State Agency Building Construction Project
TA Project Services were engaged to provide project management services for the delivery of extensions to the NSW Rural Fire Service Station at Bermagui.
The NSW Rural Fire Service approached TA Project Services to undertake this project, due to the requirement to deliver within approved funding timelines. Most of the planning activities had taken place and TA Projects were able to quickly coordinate outstanding items and submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to the market to secure a contractor.
NSW Rural Fire Service were impressed with the professional services provided by TA Project Services, who are now considered a preferred project manager for their projects.
