Project Management Services for Local Government Civil Infrastructure Project
Provide project management services for the planning and delivery of Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) restoration works on stormwater infrastructure damage, and upgrade of timber boardwalk to concrete shared path.
This project was successfully executed through a collaborative effort between Council’s Infrastructure and Services Team and Assets Team. TA Project Services effectively navigated numerous project obstacles, including design modifications and compliance issues, ultimately succeeding in securing funding.
