Provide project management and contract administration for planning, delivery of services to site, and engagement of contractors for the NSW Rural Fire Service and State Emergency Service facilities at Tallgums Way, Surf Beach.
This project represents crucial infrastructure for the Eurobodalla Shire. Upon the completion of the detailed design, a construction estimate was formulated that revealed budgetary deficits. All involved parties have since been actively pursuing additional funding opportunities, as well as seeking ways to streamline the design and delivery process for improved efficiency.
