Quality Assurance and Support Services for Local Government Civil Infrastructure Upgrade Project
TA Project Services were engaged by Bega Valley Shire Council and Project Managers GHD to provide support services including quality assurance, site investigations and scope development. This project involved the upgrade of 22.4km of Towamba and Burragate Roads to improve access, safety and driveability to residents and communities along the road alignment.
The project was successfully delivered to budget and the overall quality of works were to a high standard. The project faced several challenges in relation to delivery timelines, predominately caused by two major flood events that occurred during the delivery phase.
Effective capture of inspection related information allowed for early identification of natural disaster impacts to be proactively managed by the Project Management team. To capture the information, TA Projects Services developed a project specific electronic form that allowed for information to be captured and shared in real time.

Provide project management and contract administration for planning, delivery of services to site, and engagement of contractors for the NSW Rural Fire Service and State Emergency Service facilities at Tallgums Way, Surf Beach.
